How long does it take to install a log cabin ?

Each cabin varies in size, the estimated install time for each unit is as follows;

Majorca 9m2 – 1.5 Days – 2 Days

Crete 12m2 – 1.5 Days – 2 Days

Corsica 20m2 – 2 Days

Sicilia 20m2 – 2 Days

Where do Brisbane Log Cabins come from ?

Brisbane Log Cabins are manufactured in Europe from Nordic Spruce Pine grown in FSC certified forests. The timber is then kiln dried & treated. The process continues with the timber lengths cut to size, tongue & groove machined & all lengths notched out for easier installation. When you install your kit, there is no cutting or drilling of the timber required – IT IS ALL DONE IN THE FACTORY

What is the life span of a Brisbane Log Cabin ?

With due care the log cabins are built to last a long period. There are steps which need to be put in place though to ensure this. Being that the unit is housed outside and exposed to all the elements such as rain, wind and sun. The units need to be painted or stained periodically to ensure the life of the timber. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for further details.

What access is required for the delivery of my log cabin ?

All log cabins are delivered by a crane truck so no unloading is required from the customer. The crane truck will park in an appropriate area to unload the unit. The following space is required for each unit;

Majorca 9m2 – 4370mm (L) x 1100mm (W) x 570mm (H) (730KG) / Single Pallet

Crete 12m2 – 4020mm (L) x 1100mm (W) x 830mm (H) (820KG) / Single Pallet

Corsica 20m2 – 5540mm (L) x 1100mm (W) x 870mm (H) (1580KG) / Single Pallet

Sicilia 20m2 – 5760mm (L) x 1100mm (W) x 730mm (H) + 5760mm (L) x 1100mm (W) x 430mm (H) (1885KG) / Two Pallets
